RJA provided civil engineering, surveying, and related services for the improvement plans, design, and construction of this high density, transit-oriented community. The work included preparing designs for temporary detention basins, permanent dual 96” hydromodification stormwater storage pipes for post-development stormwater mitigation, green street infrastructure to enhance pedestrian and bicyclist experiences, and extensible stormwater treatment facilities to meet federal and state clean water requirements.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
PROJECT RESULTS

At project completion, there will be approximately 1,245 urban living residences, with a 30 acre park, a community school, and a variety of themed pocket parks and walkable amenities accessible to public transportation.
