RJA provided civil engineering and surveying services for entitlement, design and development, construction documents and support phases of the project. Topographic and boundary surveys, preparing preliminary grading, drainage, utility concept design were also provided, along with roadway widening, median improvements, crosswalk and intersection upgrades, utility relocation, stormwater treatment facility design, construction staking and support through the duration of the construction process.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
PROJECT RESULTS

At completion, the project gave the city of Pleasanton a plethora of new housing and retail options right off a major roadway. As a result, the project dramatically enhanced the surrounding community.
